Passport and Notarial service fees are charged in Australian dollars (AUD).
Fees charged in Australian dollars are subject to exchange rates and any overseas transaction fees.
We accept payments by credit card only (including bank debit/credit cards). Cash and bank transfer are no longer accepted.
You don't have a credit card - Another person may pay on your behalf, there are two options:
- Another person may pay on your behalf, however if they are not present at your appointment, we can accept their credit card payment if they complete and sign our Credit Card Authorisation Form. You must bring the signed authorisation form to your appointment or ask the person to email the signed form to the passport office before your appointment.
- At the appointment we can send either an SMS or email link to another person who can pay the fee online for you at the time of your appointment.

Replacement passport Only available to replace passports with full visa pages or minor damage or where a name change is not eligalble for a free replacement. Existing passport must have more than two years' validity remaining and the new passport will be issued with the same expiry date as the current passport.
